摘要

A method for constructing and analyzing sections of functional χ2 in solution of the inverse problem of reflectometry which makes it possible to observe the motion of local minima with a simultaneous change in several model parameters and facilitates the search for a global minimum in a specified range of parameters has been considered. An algorithm for calculating two- and three-dimensional sections is implemented within the BARD package, and the results are visualized in the Matlab medium. The potential of two-dimensional sections in an analysis of the structural features of real samples of layered films on a solid substrate is demonstrated.
