Turkish longs suppliers have failed to fully implement the rise in export prices in late October, as demand in the foreignmarkets has not improved. Moreover, even Iraqi and Iranian buyers, who were the most active in the previousmonths, have ceased purchasing and the number of contracts concluded with them has substantially decreased.Some suppliers say they will not reduce their offers, as they are able to sell their material at higher prices in thedomestic market easily.
