摘要

We present the results of simulation of the process of cold surface plastic deformation by rolling of the spherical blanks of pure titanium with the help of instrumental planes by the finite-element method in the Deform-3D program complex. We perform the experimental and computer-aided evaluation of the stress-strain state of the blanks. The dependences of the degree of hardening of the surface on the number of cycles of treatment and the pressing force are presented. The influence of the thermodiffusion saturation with nitrogen on the surface hardening of deformed blanks is evaluated.
