The Town of East Hampton, N.Y., reported a seven percent increase in all categories of air traffic, and a 29 percent increase in helicopter operations in the first season after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit overturned curfews the Town Board implemented at East Hampton Airport in 2015.
