The elegant Ritz-Carlton in downtown Atlanta will again host the LP Gas Hall of Fame dinner and awards ceremony.This year's event takes place April 12,preceding the National Propane Gas Association's Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo.The event honors Hall of Fame inductees who have helped estab-lish,advance and grow the propane industry.Inductees are nominated and then chosen by a selection committee composed of LP Gas staff and representatives from the propane industry.This year's event will honor four inductees who left their mark on the propane industry in their own special way.David Lugar of AmeriGas and Ray Murray III of Ray Murray Inc.helped to lead the industry through challenges at the national level.Ramon Gonzalez Sr.of Empire Gas made a difference in the way consumers in Puerto Rico think about LPG.And Bill Mahre of Propane Technical Services commanded respect as a safety leader,educator and mentor.
