摘要

The DOE said four major pipelines, including Enbridge's Nueces-Brownville project in the Rio Grande Valley, are scheduled to begin commercial operations by the end of the year to supply Mexico's power generation and industrial markets. Mexico has emerged as one of the largest customers of US natural gas after the overhaul of its national energy policies five years ago.
