摘要

After 10 years of only very minute changes to the Editorial Board of the journal, we have decided that it would be appropriate to bring in some new members, also to reflect the increasing broadness of the field and novel developing topics based on liquid crystal materials. In order to keep the number of Board Members to a reasonable size, while maintaining a broad coverage of the field, we exchanged about one third of the long-serving members, namely B. Bahadur, Robert Lewis, Isa Nishiyama, Steven Picken, P. Prasad, and Alex Seed. I would like to express my sincere gratitude, also in the name of the International Liquid Crystal Society and the community as a whole, for their many years of service on the Board of Liquid Crystals Today.
