The Conference is expected to be held in Paris from 30 November till 11 December 2015. The current climate agreements commit developed countries to take action. This is not the case for developing countries, although some of which have become major emitters of greenhouse gases. After the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Conference failed to adopt a new agreement applicable to all countries, the Durban Conference decided in 2011 that a new agreement applicable to all countries should be concluded before the end of 2015 and enter into force in the year 2020. It was agreed that Paris would host the 21st Convention on Climate Change and this before the end of the year 2015. The decisions to be taken at the Paris Summit will have major impacts on many industries, including the aerosol ones.
