The TSR factory of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd.(HML),situated in the midst of rubber plantations at Palapilly,in Thrissur District,has an annual production capacity of 2,250 MT.This TSR factory,commissioned on February 7,1996,produces all the grades Technically Specied Rubber(TSR) from Latex and fresh field coagulam collected from its own estates.Utmost care is given for the field coagulam(FC) to avoid the chance of any contamination during collection and processing.This guarantees the quality of the TSR produced.The high quality of the product can be attributed to the well-experienced workforce,combined with the most modern production machinery of the factory.An ISO 9001:2015-certified company,backed by modern laboratory having sophisticated testing equipment and powered with strong Quality assurance department,assures the quality of the product.Technically specified rubbers are largely block type rubber manufactured by adopting new methods of processing.HML can handle both coagulum produced from latex and field coagulum.The unit's operations involve: 1.Size reduction,2.De-watering,3.Dirt removal,4.Drying,5.Bailing,6.Testing and 7.Grading.
