Folks tend to notice Boyd Lee's car, and when they ask whether they can take it for a spin, it's just the reaction he's hoping for.Lee sits behind the wheel of an all-electric Chevy Bolt that belongs to CKenergy, where he's vice president of strategic planning. And for the Binger, Oklahoma-based co-op, electric cars are definitely part of the strategic plan."I really believe that electric vehicles are our next huge market," Lee says. "And it's a market that's going to really complete the effort we've had for decades trying to figure out how to improve our system load factor in the residential sector. I think this will do it."
