The European Commission’s guidance on the implementation of EU product rules – the “Blue Guide” – was the subject of a Brusselsbased meeting at the end of October 2015 in which participants were invited to comment upon the 2014 revision of the guidance and offer thoughts for improvement. It is understood that the following were identified as in need of further clarification by the Commission.
