Please read on...Who was Walter's Destiny and what were the circumstances in which he received one of the Scotland's Finest Woods' Quality Timber Award trophies in 1999?The distinctive Dulverton Flagon was first awarded to the winners of a sustainable woodland management competition to promote The Forestry and Woodland Code produced by the then woodland owners' association, Timber Growers United Kingdom. The flagon wasgenerously provided by the then Lord Dulverton, an enthusiastic advocate of forestry in Scotland and in the House of Lords.
