摘要

Two new bicyclo[3.2.1]octanoid neolignans of guianin-type named as (1'12,2'R,3'S,7S,8R)-Delta(5',)(8')-2'-acetoxy-3,4,5,3',5'-pentamethoxy-4'-oxo-8.1',7.3'-neolignan (crocatin A, 1) and (1'12,2'R,3'S,7S,8R)-Delta(5',8')- 2'-hydroxy-3,4,5,3',5'-pentamethoxy-4'-oxo-8.1',7.3'-neolignan (crocatin B, 2), along with known compounds pachypodol (3) and 1-triacontanol (4) were isolated from Indonesian red betle leaves, Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pay. (Piperaceae). Their structures and configuration were determined by 1D- and 2D-NMR, MS spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
