摘要

Background. Currently, the profession of educators is more and more at the center of political and societal interest.This article presents the findings of a pilot study conducted among nursery school teachers in Switzerland, in which their job satisfaction and resources to carry it out effectively have been investigated.Methods. As part of the questionnaire to be filled out by participants, the standardized self-assessment questionnaire (BOSS III) was used to measure job satisfaction and resources in the following four areas of life: professional, personal, family and friends. Closed-ended questions in the survey were complemented by open-ended questions about participants'professional lives.
