The US California EPA Department of Pesticide Regulation(DPR)is to phase in over four years reductions on emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOC)from pesticides in Ventura county.The move follows a successful appeal against a court order to reduce VOC emissions by 20% under the federal Clean Air Act.
