The 90th Annual General Meeting of the Institution of Chemists(India)was held on Friday 27 April,2018,at 3-30 p.m.,in the lecture Hall of the Institution at 11/4,Dr.Biresh Guha Road,Kolkata-700 017 according to the Notice dated 3 March,2017,published in the Proceedings of this Institution Vol.89,2017,Part I and circulated duly to the corporate members.There was a good gathering of members and some guests.In the absence of Mr.M.R.Grover,the President,Dr.D.C.Mukherjee,Vice-President,was in the Chair.Item 1.The Chairman pointed out that the Proceedings of the 89th Annual General Meeting of the Institution held on 28 April,2017 was published in the Proceedings of the Institution of chemists(India),Vol.89,2017 Part 1 pp.1-6 and duly circulated to all members.In the absence of any remark,to the contrary or otherwise from the members and any special note from the office,it was confirmed by the chairman with the approval of the members present.
