The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has applied to the Federal Court to rule on the legality of the registrations of 52 agrochemical products supplied by Imtrade Australia. The APVMA ordered a recall of the products because Imtrade supplied false information in its registration applications.
