After a turbulent competition, the USN has finally selected Boeing to fulfil its MQ-25A Stingray requirement. The company beat out industry competitors General Atomics and Lockheed Martin to win the $805 million contract on 30 August. A total of four aircraft will be delivered and integrated onto an aircraft carrier in order to reach initial operational capability.
