Agrochemical companies may soon face new regulations in Germany to comply with EU guidelines and to clamp down on dubious import activities.There is a demand for legal regulation of sales,marketing and distribution of agrochemicals,the authorities note.This applies specifically to agreements between the national approval holders and those who market such approved agrochemicals under a different description.The German agrochemical industry association,the IVA,supports the planned changes.
