David Sessum, LVT, the 2019 Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) of the Year, is a man of many firsts. He is the first LVT to serve on the TVMA Board of Directors and to chair a TVMA committee."They are both an honor," Sessum said. "I am extremely blessed to have been voted into both of these positions. I was welcomed with open arms, and my input has been valued."
