Investment firm Greybull Capital has signed a deal to acquire Tata Steel UK's longs operations. The steelmaker has also appointed advisers to help with the sale of its other British assets.After nine months of negotiations, Tata said Greybull has agreed to take on the whole of the longs business,including assets and relevant liabilities, and secure a funding package.
