At the beginning of April, a plaque dedicated to the memory of the famous Slovenian beekeeper Anton Jansa (1734-1773) was unveiled in Augarten Park in Vienna. The plaque is in the Slovene language. The memorial plaque, which was financed by the Municipality of Zirovnica, stands near the Kaiser's garden, at the site of the beekeeping school where Anton Jansa worked in the 18th century.
