Valve World sat down with AUMA's HR director Hans-Christian Reinacher to address challenges and solutions to attract and retain engineering talent. In essence, for AUMA it is about a shortage in numbers rather than a qualification mismatch. Mr Reinacher, first of all, does your company experience problems regarding attracting engineers and - if so - does this apply to certain types of engineers (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)?
