摘要

Sustained-release formulations of Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensts (B.t.i.) were evaluated against mosquito larvae of Culex pipiens. The tested formulations gave continuous effective control with 90-100% larval mortality for 42 days post-treatment The presence of suspended soil constituents caused a decrease in the duration of larvicidal activity of B.t.i. formulations by about 1.4 times. Combination of the bacterial agent B.ti. with two insect growth regulators, Cyromazine and 1K1 7899 against mosquito larvae produced different levels of potentiation reflected by the inhibition of adult formation. Additive effects were also obtained when B.t.i. applied jointly with the synthetic pyrethroid Cypermethrin.
