摘要

Water and oxygen sensitive compounds (tBu(3)SiEX(2))(2), tBu(3)SiEX(2) . Do and (tBu(3)Si)(2)EX (E = Al, Ga, In; X = (F), Cl, Br Do = OR2, NR3) have been synthesized by reaction of EX3 with tBu(3)SiNa in the absence or presence of donors. In addition, (tBu(3)Si)AlBr2, (tBu(3)Si)(2)InF and tBu(3)SiInBr(2) were prepared by reaction of AlBr3 with (tBu(3)Si)(2)Zn or of (tBu(3)Si)(2)In-In(SitBu(3))(2) with AgF2 and HBr, respectively. The adduct [tBu(3)SiAlBr(2) . AlBr3 . 1/2MgBr(2)](2) is formed from AlBr3 and (tBu(3)Si)(2)Mg(THF)(2). Thermal decomposition of the compounds in solution or in the gas phase leads to the formation of tBu(3)SiEX(2) (from the dimers or the donor adducts) and of tBu(3)SiX. The Lewis acidity of tBu(3)SiEX(2) against donors increases in the direction Do = Et2O < THF < NEtM2. Dehalogenation of (tBu(3)Si)(2)ECl with tBu(3)SiNa(THF)(2) in pentane at room temperature leads to clusters (tBu(3)Si)(4)Al-2, (tBU(3)Si)(3)Ga-2 ., (tBU(3)Si)(4)In-2 and (tBu(3)Si)(3)Ga2Na(THF)(3), reduction of tBu(3)SiGaCl(2) with Na or K in heptane at 100 degrees C to the tetrahedran (tBu(3)Si)(4)Ga-4. The structures of (tBu(3)SiGaCl(2))(2), (tBu(3)Si)(2)GaCl, and[tBu(3)SiAlBr(2) . AlBr3 . 1/2MgBr(2)](2) have been determined by X-ray structure analysis. [References: 30]
