Hazards can take many forms with rotating equipment such as the function of the rotating asset, the material being processed or the physical location of the asset. With an increased focus on implementing Health and Safety in the workplace over recent years, one result has been the minimising of risks associated with workplace hazards through guards and preventing access to machinery.
