My office received a good deal of response to last month's column (seedvm360.com/rippedoff) about production-and-salary-based compensation for veterinary associates sometimes known as "ProSal." A number of readers asked for more details about handling these offers. Happy to oblige—this compensation arrangement is often complex and increasingly ubiquitous in the veterinary marketplace.
