摘要

Objectives: qualitatively and quantitatively measure the work of the pharmacist in dispensing city, with a study on the analysis of pharmaceutical interventions during the validation of prescriptions. Materials and methods: this study was performed within the pharmacy of Asnieres/Oise, over a period of forty-eight months. Pharmaceutical interventions address the problems associated with prescription drugs each honoured prescriptions at the pharmacy (dosage abnormalities, drug interactions, side effects, non compliance, allergies, indicating non-MA) and the consequences of intervention (change or maintain the requirement). Results: in 57 692 prescriptions analyzed, 212 resulted in a pharmaceutical opinion (0.37 %). These interventions are mostly related to treatment being introduced (82% of input). Problems with drugs include: drug interactions (43-4%); a mistake in dosage (13.2%); a side effect associated with prescribed medication (11.3%); an indication-cons with pathological status of the patient (9-5%); a non compliance with treatment (3.8%); non-reported allergy to the doctor (15.1%); a lack of monitoring of biological treatment in 3.8% of cases; a modified prescription has been accepted for 200 of the 212 established pharmaceutical opinions. Discussion/Key ideas from the article: the practice of clinical pharmacy at the drugstore, participates in the therapeutic optimization and prevention of iatrogenic drug. Improving the efficiency of the act of dispensing through an update of pharmacological and semiological knowledge of the pharmacist, and better communication with doctors.
