Abstract Aortic root replacement with a biological conduit results in excellent hemodynamics but has limited durability. We report a series of six patients who underwent successful Perceval‐S surgical aortic valve implantation following surgical deterioration of a biological valve composite conduit and discuss the technical details and the importance of appropriate valve sizing for this procedure.
