The Effectiveness Analysis for Different Networked C2 Organization Based on Opinion Dynamics Model

摘要

Sharing opinions is essential for decision makers to grasp the battlefield situation, make operational plans and improve the command efficiency in C2 (command and control) organization. This paper, taking use of some recent progresses in Opinion Dynamics, proposed an original continuous opinion interaction model, which considers the decision maker's information, including his position in the organization and the behavior rules. Simulation experiments show the model can effectively reflect the opinion interactions among decision makers in C2 organizations, meanwhile it confirm that peer collaboration and cross-level command perform better in opinion interactions, which suggests an effective way for C2 organization development.
