摘要

Online consumption is a new marketing channel, which allows consumers to shop with no boundaries and time restriction; furthermore, to provide consumers with in time product-related information and customized services. Compared with the traditional marketing channel, the online business has a significant strength on competitiveness. Thus, this paper adopts gray relation estimation to study college students in Fuzhou City, and find out weight relation among each factor by questionnaires. Then, business can make appropriate marketing or management strategies in accordance with the weight relation.
