摘要

The publishment of SA8000 standard marks the development of human society from the emphasis on capital, science and technology, to a more emphasis on people-oriented, emphasizing the development of social responsibility of the enterprises. In recent years, it has been more and more recognized by many countries, organizations and the business community. At the same time it is precisely because of its justice and rationality, the standard has gradually become an important means of trade protection of some developed countries. SA8000 standard mainly stipulate enterprises the labor standards they shall meet in the production, has huge impact on China which is labor-intensive and products export-oriented country. In this paper, the method which is a combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis as well as a combination of extensive data collection and practical investigation is adopted. By economic mathematical model analyzes the impact of the standard, based on the analysis of the challenges and opportunities that the standard gives to the export trade of Wuhan, to seek the countermeasures.
