摘要

The characteristics of the H-plane Y-junction ferrite circulator of a rectangular waveguides are analysed by the mode matching method in the sense of least squares. The cross section of the ferrite and dielectric cylinders is numerically treated by the Fourier series. It is demonstrated that the introduction of the smoothing procedure is effective to reduce the computational error. The reflection, insertion, and isolation losses were computed for several cross sections of the ferrite and dielectric cylinders. It is shown that the partial control of the width and center of the operating frequency band is possible by the depression of cylinder sides and the loading of dielectric material.
