MEMBERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY IN THE FALL EACH YEAR TO EXERCISE ONE OF THEIR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS OWNERS OF BLUE DIAMOND GROWERS: ELECTING MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND GROWER LIAISON COMMITTEES. The annual election is an opportunityfor members to help shape policy through the ballot box or run for a seat on the Board or Liaison Committee. Growers who serve on the Board or Liaison Committees become better informed about the co-op's plans, policies and operations, as well as issues affecting the almond industry and Blue Diamond. They provide important input to help guide the cooperative and shape its future.
