摘要

The inoculation of winter wheat with mixed culture of bacteria P. fluorescens 20 and P. putida 23 increased the rate of nitrogen fixation in the rhizosphere. The effect of inoculation on the yield depended on the amount of mineral nitrogen added to the soil. Application of bacteria made it possible to reduce the rate of nitrogen fertilizer by three times without any loss in the yield. The inoculation increased the uptake of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, and Cu by the crop.
