摘要

We report the domain inversion of electrooptic crystals which have been developed for wave front controller. In the experiments, the deflector on the electrooptic crystal with domain inversion has deflection angle of 3.25 mrad/kV, and without domain inversion has deflection angle of 1.71 mrad/kV. The both devices are almost corresponded with theoretical value. A lens modulator and a comatic aberration collector are almost corresponded with theoretical value. As the result, the electrooptic wave front controller with domain inversion is useful for generate and control the ultrafast light signals, and so on.
