摘要

The wheat growing on the media with the addition of the culture filtrate of pathogenic fungi leads to change in the activity of trypsin-like proteinases and trypsin inhibitor's in the seedling tissues. High concentrations of culture filtrate inhibit the growth of plants, increase proteinases activity and reduce inhibitors activity. Extracellular metabolites of Helmintosporium sativum and Fusarium sp. render unequal effect on the roots and leaves of seedlings. It is supposed, that the violation of balance in the "proteinases-inhibitors" system under the effect of pathogenes toxic metabolites is one of the reasons of plants susceptibility to the diseases agents.
