摘要

Highlights ? Organic solution containing reverse micelles was applied to polymeric nanocapsule preparations. ? The nanocapsules with a diameter of 100nm were obtained under the most optimal conditions. ? The compositions of the block copolymer affected the encapsulation efficiency of indocyanine green and the diameter of the resulting nanocapsules. Graphical abstract We present a simple technique for the preparation of PEG-b-PLA nanocapsules encapsulating a hydrophilic molecule, employing (i) reverse micelle formation and (ii) solvent diffusion.
