Oil exports by pipeline from Iraq's semiautonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) via Turkey are not likely to take place before the second half of the year because upgrades to pumping stations along the KRG's oil pipe are still needed, Anglo-Turkish Genel Energy said on Thursday as it issued its preliminary 2013 results.
