Omnova Solutions—Anne P. Noonan, currently president of the company's performance' chemicals business, has been appointed president and chief executive, effective 1 Dec. 2016. She will succeed Kevin M. McMullen, who will step down as chairman, chief executive, president and a member of the board of directors, on the same day. William R. Seelbach has been elected as Omnova's independent, non-executive chairman, effective 1 Dec. He has been a non-executive member of the board of directors since 2002.
