摘要

L. edodes production on straw in France and other European countries is limited by antagonistic fungi, including Trichoderma spp, in the growing media. Two improvements in the cultivation method were tested: (1) substrate supplementation with peat;and (2) activated L. edodes inoculum. Cumulated data for 7 strains of L. edodes under conditions of natural contamination by Trichoderma spp. were analysed. Both changes in cultivation methods improved the competitive ability of L. edodes, decreased theincidence of Trichoderma spp., and increased the overall yield of harvested mushrooms.
