Last fall, Manitoba's collision repair industry lost a cultural icon, respected leader, and visionary. At a time when public health orders restricted large gatherings, our industry was unable to pay homage to David Winter, the man whose business became synonymous with first-class customer service, quality, and professionalism. As a man of faith, David Winter's business values reflected the way he lived his life - with compassion, respect, hard work, and service. As a business leader, Winter understood the importance of culture to an organization well before the concept became popular in the 1990s.
