摘要

We have reported numerous new preform and fibre-draw factory investments and expansion plans in thepast 12 to 24 months. Since May, we have learned of several more such projects getting underway. As inprevious months, most are in China, but Prysmian also has announced another round of investment, totalling€250 million. Prysmian recently completed a series of projects under a previously announced €100 millionround of investments. The new € 250 million round, like the previous one, will cover projects in multiplelocations – multiple countries – and it will be spent over three years.
