The Mexican subsidiary of US utility Sempra, IEnova, has won a tender to build and operate a fuel terminal in the Gulf coast port of Veracruz. IEnova subsidiary ESJ Renovable 3's winning bid of 1bn pesos ($56.9mn) was the highest of the three proposals submitted, the director of Veracruz port authority, Juan Ignacio Fernandez, says.
