We report the case of a 39-year-old woman who presented an anterior uveitis with hypopyon. Physical examination of the face revealed a typical deformation of her nose pathognomonic of relapsing polychondritis. The precocity of the diagnosis led to aortitis (the main complication of relapsing polychondritis) and to institution of a suitable treatment.
