Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. (SZ.000960) recently announced that it plans to issue not more than 500 million yuan of shares to Bank of China Group Investment Limited (BOCGI)-a 100 percent subsidiary of Bank of China. The money raised will be used to renovate a 100,000 tpy lead smelting system of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., news from China Securities said. Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. is considering signing a strategic investment framework agreement to issue not more than 500 million yuan of shares to BOCGI. After acquiring the shares, BOCGI will become a shareholder of Yunnan Tin Co.. Ltd. And BOCGI shall not transfer the shares within three years.
