摘要

A new culture of learning is transforming the way we learn on many different levels and in many contexts. It is a "cultural phenomenon" that cuts across geographical lines and permeates institutions, captivating individuals, mostly outside of the classroom. It is driven by the unlimited availability via computer of information that is "accessible, interconnected, and fluid," structured by massive networks of resources. Like information itself, the new culture of learning is fast becoming "accessible, interconnected and fluid," reshaping itself continually through new creative tools and new learning environments.
