Sacrococcygeal tumours (SCT's) are the common tumours of the neonatal age group; occasionally the appearance may mimic a sacral parasitic conjoined twin (SPCT). It is important to differentiate between the two as the former carries malignant potential and needs rigorous follow-up. This report highlights the differentiating features between the two entities.
