KS Energy Services, headquartered in Singapore, has entered into a sales and purchase agreement through Sphinx Frontier to acquire Oslo-listed Atlantic Oilfield Services (AOS) and operating contracts and related assets for US80 million. AOS operates out of a 30,000m~2 yard comprising a workshop, fabrication and maintenance facilities in Dubai in close proximity to the Jebel-Ali port with 300 personnel, providing on- and offshore drilling, accommodation and support services in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
