The South Pars gas field covers an area of 970Qkm~2, of which 3700km~2 belongs to Iran. Precise and sophisticated projects have been designed with 24 phases planned to produce 820mmcm/d of gas. Through this development, the South Pars gas field will be able to meet the growing demands for natural gas, gas injection, and gas and condensate export as feedstock for petrochemical industries.
